Every polo is made to order for you by our print partner Printify, in its US workshop.
- Production: 2–5 business days.
- United States: 3–6 business days.
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days.
As soon as it leaves the workshop we email you the tracking number. If you order several polos, they may arrive in separate parcels. UK orders ship from the US, so in some cases the carrier may collect import VAT or a handling fee on delivery. Times are estimates and may be longer in peak season or due to customs.

Polo measurements laid flat, in centimetres (±2.5 cm), from the Gildan 8800B size chart. Chest width is measured armpit to armpit and length from the shoulder to the hem. The easiest way: measure a polo that fits them well and compare. If they're between two sizes, go for the bigger one.

Returns & replacements
Because every polo is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, so please check the size guide before you order. If it arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send you a new one free of charge.
