Size guide

Size	Approx. age	Chest width	Length
XS	3–4 yrs	36 cm	46 cm
S	5–7 yrs	41 cm	52 cm
M	8–10 yrs	43 cm	56 cm
L	11–12 yrs	46 cm	60 cm
XL	13–14 yrs	48 cm	64 cm

T-shirt measurements laid flat, in centimetres (±2 cm). Chest width is measured armpit to armpit and length from the shoulder to the hem. The easiest way: measure a T-shirt that fits them well and compare. If they're between two sizes, go for the bigger one: they grow so fast!
